Prenatal Yoga

The prenatal class has been added back to the schedule starting on July 6th, 2011!

 

It is now set up like our other classes on the schedule. You can either drop in or use one of our class pass options to pay for the class. We highly recommend that you pregister for each class.

 

Let this class be a tool for experiencing a radiant pregnancy!

Wednesdays 5:45-7:00 PM

 

For the expecting mother, this class is a combination of basic yoga poses and breath work to build strength, flexibility, energy and stamina. The movements are specific to helping with discomfort and preparing/recovering from childbirth. We recommend that you be at least 12 weeks into your pregnancy before beginning.
