Cindy Olah has been a student of yoga for over 10 years and received her teaching certification through Peachtree Yoga Center in 2002. Cindy continued her studies with many renowned teachers mostly being influenced by the heart opening practice of the Anusara style. As a long time yoga student, she has experienced the effort and joy of transcending many of her limitations through this powerful practice. As a yoga teacher, she offers her compassion and knowledge gained as a student, so that others can also experience the same delight of revelation. In her classes, she aspires in bringing forth the inner twinkle that is our divine essence, through the practice of alignment, breath, courage and fun.

Cindy and her husband are also enthusiastic salsa dancers for over 8 years. We enjoy spending time with our little dancer, Ethan who is almost 3, and is the source of infinite joy and inspiration.

Karie Madeo is an avid yogi who has been practicing and studying the teachings of yoga for almost 20 years. She started as a teenager after her doctor recommended yoga for asthma. She noticed that she could breathe better without using as much medication. So now, many years later, she has a deeper understanding and love for yoga. She became certified and continues to expand her practice by sharing her knowledge, so others can love their inner being as she does now. Karie teaches a wide range of yoga including Kundalini breath work, Ashtanga and Prenatal/ Postnatal Yoga. Her classes are eclectic, focusing on all parts of the body so that each person leaves with a better understanding of the physical self.
