Learn so much about these tiny bodies and poses that many call "miraculous" in their effectiveness. Itsy Bitsy Yoga is endorsed by Dr. Harvey Karp, pediatrician and author of The Happiest Baby/Toddler on the Block. Please bring a receiving blanket to class and have baby easily barefooted. A little fussing, diapering, feeding, smiling, sleeping, mixed in with yoga and lots of love, happen in the babies' class and it's all good! Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga (crawling - 21 months) 9:45 - 10:45 AM A fun loving, active yoga practice for busy tots! Help them feel comfortable in their moving body, develop self confidence and encourage their creative spirit. Great diversion poses for those coming into their terrible twos! Lots of opportunities for mom's praise and applause. Please have tot easily barefooted for class. Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga (21 months - 4 years) 3:30 - 4:15 PM Learn poses together that help create body image and self confidence in your little one. Poses teach tykes how to relax and build a fit & healthy lifestyle, early on, through fun and imagination! Plant the seed at a young age, of the body's marvelous flexibility in movement and in stillness. Introduction to breathing gives young children tools to manage fear, anger and sadness.
